You are a strategic thinker with 3 to 5 years of experience in social media and/or digital communications and have …

• A bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage your time, priorities, budget and resources for a successful outcome
• Expert knowledge of all social media platforms

What You Do

• Serve as a social media strategist in a dynamic environment for all Agency clients and account leads, when applicable.
• Identify new opportunities and ideas for increasing engagement and growth through existing and developing social media platforms
• Understand branding and the importance of managing brands throughout all social media efforts
• Develop, compose, and refine strategic content designed for the Agency and clients’ target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Public Relations and Marketing teams to create an integrated communication strategy.
• Work with Creative and Web/Interactive teams to develop the graphic and interactive elements needed for execution of integrated communication strategies
• Manage client-run social communities, emphasizing overall strategy, content creation, monitoring, and engagement.
• Analyze all social performance metrics, generate detailed analytics and formulate recommendations
• Train and educate other Agency employees on the best practices for social media in both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Keep enhancing understanding of the social media industry, including new advancements and platforms, along with innovative communication methods in a B2B environment.
