October 13, 2016 – Rick Looser, president and COO of The Cirlot Agency, Inc., was recently inducted into the exclusive Arthur W. Page Society, the world’s premier professional association for the most senior communications and public relations executives.
Looser was inducted as a New Member of the Page Society at the 33rd Page Society Annual Conference at The Landmark Hotel in London, U.K. The Page Society was founded in 1983 and limits its membership to an exclusive group of public relations executives. Investors Chronicle describes the Society as a “club for America’s PR elite.”
“It is a great honor to be a part of this distinguished group of thought leaders,” said Looser. “These are the best of the best in the field of public relations and corporate communications throughout the world. I look forward to participating in the Arthur Page Society and the many benefits it will bring.”
Its membership consists primarily of chief communications officers of Fortune 500 corporations and the CEOs of the world’s foremost public relations agencies, as well as leading non-profit organizations and academics from top business and communications schools who have distinguished themselves teaching and/or studying corporate communications. The Page Society has strict membership criteria that ensure it remains an exclusive assembly of the very best and brightest of the profession.
Looser has long been recognized as one of the top public relations professionals in the nation, having worked with industry giants Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Sherwin Williams, Bell Helicopter, Sanderson Farms and Bush Brothers & Company, to name a few. He was also the lead communications strategist in a competition that led to one of the largest defense contracts ever awarded by the U.S. Navy, the DDG 1000 program. An alumnus of The University of Alabama, he currently serves on the board of advisors for The Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations.
