Who You Are:

Experience and Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of agency or in-house corporate experience, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing design. Videography and/or website design experience would also be a plus
• Proficient in Adobe® Creative Suite® (including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong creative concepting ability and the skills to follow a project through from concept to final execution
• An understanding of the balance between design freedom and adherence to corporate brand guidelines
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently when necessary
• Not afraid of a challenge

What You Do:

Job Requirements

• Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, other graphic designers, and the account team to deliver exceptional work that supports client success
• Conceptualize and design logos and corporate identities, ad campaigns, collateral materials, tradeshow booth graphics, and more
• Conceptualize, design, and execute social media graphics, digital ads, and website graphics
• Ability to direct and manage vendor relationships
• Strong presentation skills are helpful
